Our institute has the following benefits and it will enhance the quality of the knowledge and understanding of time management to achieve objectives as required by a practicing or potential first line manager :

• Know how to use effective time management to prioritize and achieve objectives
• Understand how to manage own stress and minimize stress in others & know how to support individuals in the team
• Know how to resolve conflict in the workplace

There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be either practicing or aspiring first line managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the program.
