We’ll explore the most important aspects of successful procurement, sourcing and purchasing roles in various environments, types of supply chains and business operations. This course will discuss strategies to manage Least Total Cost, strategic sourcing, supplier selection and relationship management to maximize the primary business objectives a learning organization requires to be profitable. We’ll examine project, production and service environments. The content will also review contracts, logistics and supply chain management concerns as we face global market challenges to be cost effective and profitable.
