Course Details

This course is focused on determining others' needs for direction and support; flexibility, or employing a variety of leadership styles comfortably; and opening communications and reaching agreements for better performance.

The delegates will be able to determine the needs of subordinates, utilize the correct leadershi style for given situations, effective communication and provide direction, solution and coaching to employees.
