The participants learn the concepts of project definition, life cycle, and systems approach, competency is project scooping, gain exposure to project control and management, using standard tools of cost and schedule variance analysis.

This course provides basic exposure to Project Management enabling to successfully complete projects within the constraints of capital, time, and other resources enhancing bottom-line business performance.
