Course Details

This course provides a basic time management and planning workload. It provides an awareness for improvement in day to day planning and tips for effective time management issues.

By the end of the training course participants will be able to priorities tasks by urgency and importance, create effective task listing, deal with procrastination and reduce stress levels.
