Course Details

In this course the students will be understanding the Risk involved in the projects and Risk Management is the integral part of Project Management. Describing and understanding all Risk Management Processes viz.,Planning identifying, Priotizing and appropriately responding to risk as outlined in PMI’s Practice Standard for risk management is also an integral part of this program.
