Professional Training on Arbitration in Banking Disputes is available here for the students to learn legal arbitration skills. Banks and financial institutions traditionally have favoured litigation over arbitration as the means of resolving international disputes. Arab Arbitration Society (AAS) will issue the certification for this training.
