Succession Planning Workshop is available with intensive learning sessions. Succession planning is a process for identifying and developing internal people with the potential to fill key leadership positions. Succession planning increases the availability of experienced and capable employees that are prepared to assume these roles as they become available. This workshop focusses on the key factors of Succession Planning in school.

Comprehensive coaching inclusive of value based learning is done here. During the classes equal amount of attention is paid to each and every learner.
