Course Details

As per Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan's words, on land and in the sea, our fore-fathers lived and survived in this environment. They were able to do so because they recognised the need to conserve it, to take from it only what they needed to live, and to preserve it for succeeding generations.

This workshop aims to bring the wealth of resource that is the UAE environment into the classroom in all disciplines. The contents for this workshop are as listed below:

• Hear from organizations involved in protecting the environment in the UAE and learn how they can assist schools in delivering environmental education
• Learn how the school environment can be used to exemplify theoretical aspects of teaching in any subject using practical examples
