• Tips for building up your problem-solving toolbox and tools for understanding complex situations (Appreciation, Drill-down, Cause & effect diagrams, System diagrams, SWOT analysis, Risk analysis, Porter’s five forces, Value chain analysis, CATWOE, Developing a personal action plan)
