Zein is a fantastic teacher who literally saved the day for both my girls who had a not so great experience with a previous teacher. I was extremely worried that my eldest would lose interest in piano, but zein quickly understood how to handle her and with zein she aced her grade 3 Trinity College exam with a top score. Zein is patient, extremely organized, provides detailed and thorough feedback post every session and sets very clear expectations for the following session. Her piano studio is welcoming and quiet and equipped with a top notch standing piano. Zein understand the Trinity College curriculum and worked very hard with my daughter to set her up for success. She's very technology savvy and continued to tutor my daughter seamlessly during Quarantine time and prepared her well for grade 3 exam. I can't recommend zein more to anyone, I wish we met her earlier!

Zein is a wonderful and talented instructor. She is very patient and caring when working with her students. She is a knowledgeable and energetic teacher who imparts good techniques and at the same time instills a lifelong appreciation of music. Zein specializes in piano and tailors lessons to fit the students needs. My 11 year daughter had almost lost interest but when Zein started teaching her she managed to restore her interest and confidence in playing the piano. I've been a student of Zein's for the past 2+ Years now at 3 times per week, and it's been a great experience! Starting from scratch as an adult learner is always tough but her learning style, technique and respect towards each persons learning potential makes the lessons enjoyable and highly productive. She is easy going and open to questions and doesn't make you feel self conscious about any difficulties you might have. I would say i'm very happy with the progress iv'e made with Zein so far and i can tell from my playing in front of other people! Zein is a very composed and serious teacher that has a very special way with kids. What I love most about Zein is that she doesn’t only focus on teaching piano as a musical instrument but also focuses a lot on proper posture and finger movement! She is a well-rounded tutor!

Zein is a very dedicated teacher. She is professional and passionate about music, which show clearly during her sessions. My 7 year old daughter loves when Zein shares information about music and piano as an instrument. Her teaching style is simple and clear, especially for kids. We started the lessons more than a year a ago, when my daughter was almost 6, which is relatively a young age for piano. It was challenging at first, however the progress, commitment and the passion my daughter has for piano today is simply because of Zein.

Sarah is the best tutor we ever had. She is talented and patient with my twin toddlers. My girls love her, and listen whatever she teaches. They are always looking forward to spend time with her. Sarah is firm and gentle. My girls have improved in academics. They are at best in their social behavior. Thank you Sarah for being exceptional.

Sarah is a fantastic tutor, she has won over both of my kids with her friendly and bubbly manner but she is still firm when needed and pushes within the limits of the child, to get them to learn and retain knowledge. She is very patient, particularly with trickier topics and will take time to ensure good understanding is there. She is lots of fun and a real pleasure to have around, having her help with homework and revision of school work, has been a huge support for our family. I would highly recccomend her.

Sarah has been patiently and diligently tutoring my 8-year-old son for the past several months. 'Patience' are definitely needed since he has been diagnosed with both ADHD and Dyslexia. But, Sarah never falters from remaining professional and thorough, continuing to be firm but fair, and calm and considered in her approach, and always prepared with a plan and good content. Best thing is I have noticed his reading rapidly improving, and he even enjoys sitting and reading Mr. Men books with me. :-)

My 4-year-old and 2-year-old eagerly awaited their teacher every day. She made the lessons fun and truly engaged the kids. The classes were delightful, focusing on natural conversation, speaking skills, pronunciation, vocabulary, and even phonics. I highly recommend her classes to anyone!

She is absolutely fantastic with my 5yr old with her phonic reading, writing and numbers. My daughter was struggling with writing from left to right, mirror writing and with her phonics and has improved quite a bit in the few lessons she has had with Ms. Katherine! :) She absolutely enjoys her classes and looks forward to them each week.

I took my Financial Management (F9) paper with him. He is good at clearly explaining difficult concepts and any doubts I had about the topics. He also showed me the areas I needed to improve in order to pass the exam and the classes with him helped to improve my understanding and answering techniques of the exam-style questions. Overall, taking classes with Mr Umair aided me in building a strong foundation in the basics of F9.
