Zein is a fantastic teacher who literally saved the day for both my girls who had a not so great experience with a previous teacher. I was extremely worried that my eldest would lose interest in piano, but zein quickly understood how to handle her and with zein she aced her grade 3 Trinity College exam with a top score. Zein is patient, extremely organized, provides detailed and thorough feedback post every session and sets very clear expectations for the following session. Her piano studio is welcoming and quiet and equipped with a top notch standing piano. Zein understand the Trinity College curriculum and worked very hard with my daughter to set her up for success. She's very technology savvy and continued to tutor my daughter seamlessly during Quarantine time and prepared her well for grade 3 exam. I can't recommend zein more to anyone, I wish we met her earlier!

Zein is a wonderful and talented instructor. She is very patient and caring when working with her students. She is a knowledgeable and energetic teacher who imparts good techniques and at the same time instills a lifelong appreciation of music. Zein specializes in piano and tailors lessons to fit the students needs. My 11 year daughter had almost lost interest but when Zein started teaching her she managed to restore her interest and confidence in playing the piano. I've been a student of Zein's for the past 2+ Years now at 3 times per week, and it's been a great experience! Starting from scratch as an adult learner is always tough but her learning style, technique and respect towards each persons learning potential makes the lessons enjoyable and highly productive. She is easy going and open to questions and doesn't make you feel self conscious about any difficulties you might have. I would say i'm very happy with the progress iv'e made with Zein so far and i can tell from my playing in front of other people! Zein is a very composed and serious teacher that has a very special way with kids. What I love most about Zein is that she doesn’t only focus on teaching piano as a musical instrument but also focuses a lot on proper posture and finger movement! She is a well-rounded tutor!

Zein is a very dedicated teacher. She is professional and passionate about music, which show clearly during her sessions. My 7 year old daughter loves when Zein shares information about music and piano as an instrument. Her teaching style is simple and clear, especially for kids. We started the lessons more than a year a ago, when my daughter was almost 6, which is relatively a young age for piano. It was challenging at first, however the progress, commitment and the passion my daughter has for piano today is simply because of Zein.

Maria has been teaching our two daughters (6 and 8) to play the piano and she has been a wonderful instructor. She is clear and structured in her teaching, a very positive and encouraging personality, and always looking for opportunities to turn newly learned skills into happy musical moments. Carlos is a very dedicated with his job. He makes sure my daughter does all that a flute player should be doing. Although my daughter has been learning to play the flute for a year in her school, I don't see much progress. I am sure with Carlos she is going to progress a lot faster. I was looking for a tutor that can be both serious and humorous so my daughter won't feel bored or afraid, and Carlos has those qualities. My daughter looks forward to her flute lessons every week.

Carlos is a professional flute teacher that teaches the student not only how to play technically, but also what it means to play music. I can really tell that he enjoys teaching and playing the flute and tries to get the student to enjoy playing as well. He is a very flexible and comprehensive teacher, I feel that I learned and will learn many new things from him!

Her professional attitude and empathy to students regardless of age. She showed great patience with our teenage son and was always well prepared when the lesson started. She is one of the few who is familiar with all the different kind of exams possible, gave us advice as to which violin to choose and helped when the instrument was not in balance. She has a sense for technical play as well as how to put the right emotions into the students playing, using always a very personal/individual approach tailored to the situation.

Alex is just such a wonderful tutor and with excellent knowledge. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would want to learn the violin or the piano. I personally go to her to learn how to play the violin and my son (6 years old) takes piano lessons. She is FANTASTIC with kids... She somehow manages to get through to my son and gets him to listen and understand even music theory. My son has been to 2 other piano tutors and he has picked up more from Alex in 2 months than he has in more than 6 months with the other tutors. And she is just as well versed with the violin. She has in-depth practical and theoretical knowledge and helped me progress.

Omario has a very likeable personality and this is exuded in his guitar lessons. He is also well-versed in guitar and this makes it easy to understand the instrument. Furthermore, he shows dedication and has a good work ethic and it is evident he cares about what he is teaching. The online format of the lessons work phenomenally and are well structured. Therefore I can safely say Omario is a superb teacher and of you are looking to pick up guitar you should certainly check him out.

Colin Clark tutored my daughter on the cello for five years - 2009-2014. He came to our home once or sometimes twice a week to help her with her music practice and/or to help prepare her for a concert. When she was taking her Grade 5 music theory he taught her in preparation for the exam. Colin is a knowledgeable musician and an excellent cellist. He has a lovely manner and makes the tough work of practice fun. My daughter looked forward to the afternoons they worked together and, needless to say, she did exceptionally well in all her concerts and exams.

Colin is very good at explaining things and adapts to use different examples if there is something that I don't understand if explained in a certain. This is something I appreciate in any teacher and not everyone does it.
