Her professional attitude and empathy to students regardless of age. She showed great patience with our teenage son and was always well prepared when the lesson started. She is one of the few who is familiar with all the different kind of exams possible, gave us advice as to which violin to choose and helped when the instrument was not in balance. She has a sense for technical play as well as how to put the right emotions into the students playing, using always a very personal/individual approach tailored to the situation.

Alex is just such a wonderful tutor and with excellent knowledge. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would want to learn the violin or the piano. I personally go to her to learn how to play the violin and my son (6 years old) takes piano lessons. She is FANTASTIC with kids...
