Shay is an amazing tutor ! She uses a variety of activities and games to keep my son interested and to reinforce his skills (like letter naming or number recognition). She is very patient and knows exactly how to get small kids engaged in the learning process.

Shay is very patient and really helped my 4 year old son's self confidence. We hired her to improve his performance in phonics and his teacher noticed a big difference. Our son enjoys working with Miss Shay and looks forward to her sessions. His teacher also noticed him raising his hand and participating in class more after we started working with Shay. Shay also brings games and seems to be very good at making learning fun.

She is very passionate about what she does. A bit strict but nevertheless my child learnt a lot and progressed a lot with her. I would definitely recommend her. But she doesn't take any child for tutoring too easy.

He tutored me for 4 different subjects and was patient, prepared and able to adapt his teaching style to my learning style. As a British national I have high expectations of quality when it comes to teaching and he surpassed them all. He takes time to thoroughly prepare each lesson and simply will not let you down! She taught me for 2 years in Warsan and she understood me and my doubts very well. She always focused on understanding of the topic and I like that about her. She was always very kind and gave me extra time when I needed it. If I was late, she would still try to give me a full hour even though she had other batches.

She is one of the best teachers. I came to her 1 week before my exams and I literally was gonna fail but she gave me extra hours every day the whole week and got my grades up.
